Mick Devine - Psychology Therapist
Mick Devine MA MIAAAC is Clinical Director of a Cork Addiction Treatment Centre where he has worked for 15 years. His is interested in working with people stuck in the seemingly impossible dilemmas of any life and, in particular, with addiction issues, family and relationship issues and issues concerning personal meaning and value as well as the anxiety and depression that goes with all this.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling from Manchester University (1993), an MA in Religious Studies from Lancaster University (1991) and a Certificate in Family Systems Therapy (2005) from The Bert Hellinger Institute of Ireland. I am a student of the Cork School of the Diamond Approach to Personal Development since 2001. I am a Member of the Irish Association of Alcohol and Addiction Counsellors (MIAAAC) since 1999. Prior to my career in counselling I worked as a secondary school teacher/student counsellor in both Dublin and England. I have lived in Innishannon, Co Cork with my wife and three children since 1996.
