Jane Killingbeck - Meditation / Prayer Therapist

I have been using the simple techniques of The Ishayas` Ascension for 12 years. In the winter 2005/06 I went to Mexico to do a 6 month intensive and teacher training called Mastery of the Self. As a result for the last 4 years it has been my joy to share this practice with anyone who has a desire to learn how to pray, meditate, and rest in the stillness that lies within each of us. More recently I am training in Transpersonal Arts and now give workshops combining the meditation and creative work. My deep involvement with 12 step work a few years ago, and experience leading Deep Ecology workshops also infuse the way I teach. I am presently studying as a 2nd stage aspirant with The Universal Order which offers a lifelong study in practical mysticism.

`Stepping into Stillness`
All our lives wind through many fields on a path, wittingly or unwittingly,  towards wholeness, and union.
I offer an opportunity to learn simple techniques  which can be used with your eyes closed, and also with your eyes open throughout the day, to nourish that integrality, that union with your true infinite self.

These special thoughts, expressions of truth, enable you to choose to live your life increasingly from the stillness that exists within you and to nurture that `presence of God,`  which waits endlessly for your attention, that you may begin to live in freedom.


I also lead workshops using Transpersonal Art, to enable people to explore their inner landscape through colour, clay and other creative means.   This is not therapy, but rather a gentle means of intuitively revealing our truest selves.

Sometimes weekend retreats and day workshops combine meditation and transpersonal art work .
