Ian Wild is a writer from Enniskean, whose publications and broadcast work include numerous plays and stories for RTE Radio One.  He has published several collections of short stories and poetry and is best known for a number of highly successful musical comedies hat have appeared in the Cork Midsummer Festival since 1999.  From 2003 – 2006 he was workshop leader at the Munster Literature Centre and has taught creative writing at the Triskell Arts Centre, Kinsale Further Education College and Tig Filí, Cork.
