Dr. Elmarie Egan-Sage is a Counselling, Chartered and Research Psychologist. Her qualifications include a B.A (Hons) - Psychology and Philosophy, an M.A (Qual) in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and a PhD in Psychology.

Dr. Elmarie Egan-Sage is a Counselling, Chartered and Research Psychologist.  Her qualifications include a B.A (Hons) - Psychology and Philosophy, an M.A (Qual) in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and a PhD in Psychology.  She also has vast experience / qualifications in Play Therapy, Psychotherapy and Family Work. Dr. Egan-Sage is a Registered Member of the British Psychological Society; a Registered Member of the Irish Psychological Society and a Full Member of the Irish Division of Counselling Psychology.  She was awarded the distinction of "Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society" in 1998, and "Associate Fellow of the Irish Psychological Society" in 2007, in recognition of her ongoing contribution to Psychology.  Elmarie has a small private practice at Fionnuisce, Bandon, where she provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults and undertakes Psychological Assessments.  Her approach is client-centered and is based on Positive Psychology.
