Alison Kingston - Nutritional Therapy Therapist

Alison graduated with a BA Honours in Exercise and Health studies in 2007. She then went on to study Nutritional Therapy with The Institute of Health sciences (IHS), graduating in March 2010.

Alison is a member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI). Alison has worked in An Tobairin Health Food Shop since 2003 and has gained invaluable experience there. She has a passion for helping people reach their potential through eating real wholesome foods and guiding them through lifestyle changes. She believes we need to take control of our own health and to feel empowered by making choices that best serve us and our families.
